SUPPORT

We provide maximum levels of support to users of the Klenz.

In our downloads section you will find point of sale and point of advertising materials, along with brochures, user manuals and certification for the Klenz units.

The Klenz units come with a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. If any fault develops within that time period, please contact your country's agent directly with details of the fault. If this happens within six months from date of purchase, they will freely arrange for collection of the machine(s) and deliver a new unit to you. If six months has elapsed, you will arrange for delivery of the unit to them, though the repair and delivery back to you will be fully covered by the Klenz dealership.

Your original purchase receipt is required as proof of ownership, your warranty and guarantee. Should you need to report a fault, please contact the distributorship in that country by email or telephone.

Users of the Coin-Operated machines, please note that the machines come with two keys. These are very specialist dimple-style keys. Be sure to keep these very safe as acquiring replacements for lost keys is a lengthy and very expensive process. We suggest you should get copies cut immediately if you envisage this possibility.
